Melissa graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Art degree from Vanderbilt University.  Prior to joining Lead Bank in 2013, Melissa held marketing positions at YRC (Yellow Freight) and Hallmark Cards.

Melissa currently serves on the boards of ABA (American Bankers Association) marketing advisory board, the executive board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the foundations board of KVC Health Systems.
