When she and her team developed Plinqit, and after a study on Millennials and their savings behaviors, Kathleen moved her app toward a “digital customer focus,” seeing the types of behaviors and desires for new savings experiences across all ages. She talks through this evolution and how it is becoming even more important in a time of crisis and recession.

Kathleen also provided listeners with invaluable advice on how they can create incremental change and value for their customer and member bases.

Kathleen Craig, Founder and CEO of HT Mobile Apps(HTMA).  Prior to launching HTMA, Kathleen served as the Vice President of eServices at a Michigan based community bank.

Kathleen’s passion for technology, children and financial education led her to the development of HTMA and their products Banker Jr. and Plinqit.  HTMA now serves community institutions in 22 states ranging from $30 million in assets to over $18 billion in assets.
