OUR GUEST
Jennifer Knighting joined the FinX podcast to discuss her experience managing a community bank through the recent COVID-19 crisis. She talks about the agility of her bank and how their size and approach helped in their response to customer and community needs. Jennifer’s bank, Oak View National Bank, also used their branch parking lots to help non-profits and other organizations continue to provide services for the community in a time of need.
