In our latest interview, Nicole and Hunter discuss how she became the Chief Marketing Officer for a progressive bank based in southern Massachusetts and how she continues to learn to this day as her bank invests in new technology.

More About Nicole

Nicole is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing officer for BayCoast Bank. In this executive post, Nicole identifies market trends and drives strategic initiatives for this $1.8 billion-dollar bank located in Massachusetts’ and Rhode island’s south coast region. Nicole oversees sales and marketing functions, develops marketing policies and leads customer relations programs for the Bank and all its affiliates, including BayCoast Mortgage Company, Plimoth Investment Advisors, Partners Insurance Group, and Priority Funding.

Nicole began her career with BayCoast Bank in 2010 as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager and was promoted to Vice President and Regional Branch Manager the following year. In addition to her Regional Branch Manager responsibilities, she became the Bank’s Corporate Development Officer in 2013. She was named Vice President of Community Bank in 2015, remaining in that role until 2016 at which time she was promoted to First Vice President and Marketing Director. In July of 2018, Nicole was promoted to her current role.

Nicole sits on several financial industry boards, including the ABA Bank Marketing School Board, ABA Emerging Leaders Council and the Mass Bankers Women in Banking Advisory Board. In addition, she is a member of the UMASS Dartmouth Center for Marketing Research Board, and the New England Financial Marketing Association. Nicole is a strong community advocate and has always been involved with many boards and ad-hoc committees for local non-profit organizations. While she does love her job and the opportunities to give back, Nicole loves spending time with her family even more! Dinnertime was, and now whenever they can all squeeze it in, with her husband Kevin, her two boys Craig (28) and Aaron (23), is hands down her favorite part of any day!
